Positive: Clean and comfortable. And a upscale part of town.
Negative: Unfortunately, the hotel clerk didn’t know her job very well. She kept trying to charge me money even though I had paid. She tried to charge me parking, even though we came by train. Then the next morning I checked my receipt and she had charged me parking.
Summary: Everything was great, except the girl working the desk.

Positive: Breakfast was excellent! Area around the hotel is enjoyable, good variety of places to eat in the evening.
Negative: Fitness center is laughable, it's basically non-existent.

Positive: Katie at the front desk was great when we checked in. The staff for breakfast was also very good. The room was a comfortable size.
Negative: The bathroom had water leaks in the ceiling that needed to be repaired painted. The tile on the floor didn't go completely to the floor and I saw a bug crawling out from the wall. The refrigerator was not installed properly and hit the door hinge and door stop on the floor. The remote in the seating area for the tv didn't work even after I asked the front desk for new batteries. The tv wouldn't turn on and I had to reconnect the hdmi cables several times to get it to work. The breakfast was exactly the same for three days.
Summary: Not bad but for the price I expected much more. I will think twice before staying in another one
